NBR - Microdermabrasion

I have always had pretty bad skin and I have some scarring from acne. There's a deal on my local groupon for microdermabrasion - $129 for 4 sessions, $169 for 6, or $199 for 8. Has anyone had microdermabrasion done? Does it actually help with scarring? If so, is it the kind of thing where more sessions would make the scarring the lightest, or would 4 sessions be enough? Thanks!

Ive had it done on all of my surgery scars and yes the more you do it the lighter the scars will get.  Depending on the severity of the scar I would do at least 6 sessions.

It will definitely help with scarring. Depending on how bad it it I would agree with pp and do atleast 6. Just an FYI, most estethecians (sp?) would recommend you not be in the sun a lot (spending a lot of time at the beach/park) when getting them done because it can actually could do more harm than good since you are essentially missing a layer of skin.
