Colic or witching hour?

Can someone tell me the difference? I know the rule of three, but can a colicky baby be soothed by nursing?

    To my understanding, no a colicky baby can't be soothed by nursing.

    I don't know what a witching hour is but Colic is when you have done everything for baby (fed, changed, hold, rock etc) and the baby won't stop crying.
