My 28 weeker just had her second Birthday

We just celebrated my sweet Sarah's second birthday! It is so hard to believe that two years have passed since our wild delivery & NICU ride. Her check-up was great & her doctor says she looks wonderful given her early arrival. She was 21.5lbs & 31inches. Still petite for her age but her doctor is predicting she probably will always be small & sweet
