Whenever I pump, I have to sit leaning forward because of the nature of the flange - my milk always drips out unless I'm leaning so that it will drip forward into the bottle. Am I doing something wrong? My back becomes sore after a few minutes.

I was the dumb person who leaned forward while EPing for 11 months, and didn't think there was anything I could do. I should have asked.....I hope you find something that works!
I also had this problem at first. I put a big pillow behind me in the chair and try to position the flange at a slightly downward angle. This seems to have done the trick. Also, make sure you have a pumping bra that holds the flanges tightly and they are a good fit.
