chewing on the crib

I noticed that my LO has been gnawing on the crib rails, the paint is even chipping in a few places. Anyone else have this problem? Should I be concerned about the fact that she is probably ingesting paint chips? Anyone have any ways to get her to stop?

Put fabric/bumpers there so she can't get at it.
