Nauseous post ER?

Has anyone experienced on-and-off nausea and bloating a few days past ER? I was fine up until yesterday (the morning of my 5dt, before the ET), and now I feel really crummy. Do you think this has anything to do with the lovely Crinone I am on?

And here I was, thinking I was getting away without any side effects...

Re: Nauseous post ER?

  • Oh yeah.  I have been feeling sick and my skin is so sensitive I cringe when anyone touches me.  I attribute the symptoms to crinone.  They seem to be subsiding today though.  I have heard that your body will get used to it and the symptoms will simmer down.   I also had a lot of lightening crotch today... I think that ups the crinone too.

  • On Crinon I have had headaches, cramps, tiredness, mood swings, and a serious other side effects. I am now switching to a different progesterone.

  • The nasea I thought was from the anesthesia.  They called me afterwards to find out if I was naseous.  Your ovaries usually are swollen and bloated for days, make sure you are drinking lots of gatorade and eating proteins.  If you are like me and have lots of follies you are at risk for OHSS.

  • Yeah, I thought it was from the anesthesia or crinone, too :-(. The nurse said that I was low risk for OHSS because my estrogen was 3500 (she said they only worry if it is 5000+), but the RE gave me a medicine to help prevent OHSS anyway. I had 27 follies.
