Does anyone know how the blog works?

Maybe it's because I don't have any other pregnant friends but i've tried to keep a blog while pregnant haven't had that many entries but is it just for myself or is it visable to other people. I haven't had any comments from other or know if others read it, i'm guessing not cuz i'm a bump.com loner.  ha-ha
