She started crawling today!! Baby proofing will be in full gear this weekend.

    Congrats! DD just started this week too. We also have lots to do to babyproof. Fun fun!

    Congrats! DD started two weeks ago. She hasn't gotten that daring yet. As long as we are nearby she is content just to sit and play. But, if we try to walk away she is crawling after us!

    look out!  i know that we were all so eager for our kids to start crawling, but once they start, there's no stopping them!  i'm already looking back wistfully at the days when i could just plop dd down on the floor someplace and know that she'd be there, in the same spot, when i returned.

    None here yet. DD just now started to look like she might be trying. She was a few weeks early though so I don't know it that has to do with it. Her Daddy never crawled though so who knows..

    I hope DD starts soon.  The other day she started pushing herself backwards during tummy time, so she's attempting some movement....

    Other than that she's happy to sit and play and she still screams during tummy time...

    We are still waiting patiently too.  He kinda slides himself backwards and rotates himself and then rolls wherever he wants to go.  That's progress compared to a few weeks ago where he refused to do anything but sit there.

    No stopping baby now! DS just started last weekend and I can't believe how quickly he has learned to get around the house. He's into everything and he's everywhere. My poor mother was exhausted today after watching him. Headed to BRU this weekend for some babyproofing gear.
