XP: Baby girl is here!

Our beautiful almost 9 lb. Sarah arrived via repeat c/s Monday AM.  Everything went smoothly & she is perfectly healthy & absolutely adorable - a true blessing.  I've had a fair amount of post-op pain & am struggling to BF despite engorgement of porn star proportions.  Other than that & balancing attention between both my LOs, it's been a wonderful journey.  I'll try to upload a pic soon.

Hope the BF-ing gets better although I had to laugh at the 'porn star proportions' comment.  That's pretty much what my DH said to me after my milk came in.  They were positively ginormous!

Congrats! i'm partial to the name Sarah...but, it's DD's and my name. I remember the engorgement stage. Painful for you, frustrating for her. Get some rest and I'd love to see that pic!

Yay congrats on your baby girl!!!  I had Sarah also if a girl, love love love it!!!!  I hear BFing is very challenging for all, i plan to also and am prepared for it being hard and maybe not at all, i wish you luck with it and lots of happiness for the future
