New here...have a question

So I may sound a little uneducated here but I havent done any research.  My husband is 33 and I am 28 and we have decided to start a family after being married for 3 years now.  I have not taken the pill since my last period ended on March 3.  I did not have a period this week.  I have taken a few pregnancy tests and they are all negative.  Is it normal to miss a period when first off the pill?

Yes.

If you don't get a period for 60 days call your doctor.

Your cycle can be very out of whack your first few months off the pill.  Typically the advice is to call your doctor once you have gone 60 days without a period.

Your body is adjusting to regulating it self.  Take another test in a week if you still haven't started your period.

It can take a good while your body to get itself back on track.

When I came off the pill, I had 1 "normal" cycle but then after that I had ones that were as short as 17 days and ones that were as long as 64 days. They were all over the place. Over the course of a year they slowly began to regulate themselves back to normal and a year after I stopped BCP I was back to a fairly normal cycle.

i went like 58 days on my 2nd cycle off back before i was pg with DD. like pp said, wait until 60 days. your body is trying to adjust.
