Official Beta results in!!!

Party!!! 365!!!!!!  I can't believe it!!!!  Our nurse said that they want to see numbers at least 50...even she was excited :)  I have another beta on Monday.  Until then I am going to rejoice in the moment...I can't get this silly smile off my face. 

To follow what farmerlynda did...I wanted to let you know all the details.

We did a 3dt of 2 embies. 1-6 cell grade 3 (my clinics best grade) and 1-7 cell grade 3.  A few days ago I started feeling, not nauseous but queasy.  My lower abdomen also has been feeling really full since about Monday.  And although I have no food aversions yet...some things aren't as appetizing as they used to be.

For me, I think the biggest factor (other than God of course) was laughter.  I know it may sound cheesy but I mean it with all my heart.  My father was here the 1st week after transfer and I hadn't laughed so hard in months.  Although I thought about IVF...it was not my main focus and I allowed myself to enjoy the moment.  There was a study done on the potential of laughter and I really think that there's something to it.  Here it is. 

I could not have done this without all of your support.  I will likely stick around until beta #2 before sneaking of to PAIF.

I wish you all the best of luck no matter where you are in this journey.  I wish I could take you all with me but I will save you a seat.

    Great number and congrats!  And I love that you are giving credit to laughter as part of your success.  DH and I have found that when we're stuck in the $h!ttiest situations possible, there's really nothing else you can do but laugh.  Feels better than crying, right?

    You are so right, there are some things, that no matter how much it hurts are beyond anyone's control and laughter can make all the difference and it definately feels better than crying.

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    That is a great 1st beta.  Congrats!

    After more than 2 years of fertility treatments, FET did the trick!
    IVF March 2012 - BFP! - Severe OHSS = 8 days in the hospital in kidney failure
    No heartbeat at 10w6d
    FET August 27,2012 = BFP!

    DH diagnosed with Testicular Cancer 8/2010
    Low sperm count. Only option IVF with ICSI
    Starting First cycle Jan/Feb 2012- Canceled due to not responding to BCP and/or Lupron
    IVF 1.2- stims March 14, ER March 24, 16 R 10F 6 made it to blast
    ET March 29- transferred two blasts, 4A and 4BA, froze 4
    Positive HPT 9dp5dt Beta 1- 385 11dp5dt
    u/s April 25- one healthy heartbeat
    EDD 12/12/12>
