When does AF arrive after...?

a miscarriage...Its been 13 days since I stopped bleeding...I havent had any spotting or anything...until today...Could this be my period? For some reason I thought that it wouldnt come until 28 days past when my levels dropped to 0 (which was this past Tuesday) but I really dont know...

I was at my REs office today and he gave me Provera to start taking in 10 days since he fully expected I wouldnt get a period (I dont ovulate normally). The bleeding started 3 hours after I left his office (figures). Ill call them tomorrow but now Im curious...If this is AF, then we can start our FET 3 weeks earlier than planned (which is a good thing!) 

 For those of you who have experienced losses, when did AF arrive?

    As far as I recall it was between 2-3 weeks. It also depends on how far along you were and such. With my d&c I bled for 7 weeks straight and it took a while for my cycle to come back.

    If your hcg reached 0 on Tuesday, you may have ovulated some time around there and could expect your period soon, but there is no way to be sure and everyone is different when it comes to this.
    3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)

    So sorry for your loss.

    I bled for 14 days post-m/c (10 really heavy/clotty days and 4 "normal" period type days) - AF returned 14 days after that.  My RE was surprised.  My body is now doing it's own thing, and 4 1/2 months later I'm still trying to get my FET started.  That said - everyone is different.

    Hope you're able to get started soon.
