Trouble TTC

Got a laugh today..

Background: Had my follow up with the RE today to go over all the test results and discuss "the plan".  When I mentioned that I O'd yesterday he gave me a script for prometrium to start taking tomorrow just to give it a whirl.

Now the funny - I picked up the script from the Pharmacy tonight and the instructions were "Insert one pill per vagina twice daily"  which begs the question - how many vaginas does my pharmacy think I have?  I kind of giggled all the way home over it.

  • Haha too funny! I would have giggled too.

I know when I picked mine up last month, it was my first time using it so the tech was explaining it to me. When he got to the vagina part he stumbled and said "oh wow, I've never seen them say to put it there!"  It made me laugh. Kinda made me want to say Vagina a couple times to see his reaction.

  • Ha! Vagina, Vagina, Vagina!!

That reminds me of a story from before I met and married DH.  I had been flirting with a pharm tech for a few months (getting my diabetes meds, and birth control - odd I know but he was cute and into the movies I was).

Anyway, almost felt comfortable enough to ask him out when I got bit by a brown recluse spider (but for the first three days my doc insisted it was shingles).  I go to pick up the meds and turns out it's the same med they use for herpes!  Yep, found that out that day.  From him.  Never, asked him out because of the look on his face when telling me about the medication.
