    I have, but it just wasn't the same. The flavor isn't exact and the color is off. It's too pink. (That's also a problem with veg hot dogs.) If I hadn't caved and had a piece of "real" bacon that trip, I probably would have stuck with it longer. But bacon is goooood!

    DH and l love stripples.  We fight on how it's done though b/c I like mine slightly crispy on the white part and he likes his soft and floppy.

    If I had to eat it again, I'd be with you on crispiness. But I fear I am stuck with real swine.
