DH is on board with using cloth wipes (finally), at least for diapers just with pee. A couple questions:
-where is a good place to get cloth wipes? I don't sew, so making them is out of the question
-do you spray water on them? keep them in something so they're slightly wet? Help me out here, please
Thanks!

I like the wipes I have from Monkey Snuggles. Or, Etsy has lots.
-do you spray water on them? keep them in something so they're slightly wet? I store them dry and wet (with a peri bottle) as needed.I've made all my own so I am no help there.
I put them in a plastic container with water, baby wash, and baby oil.
I made my own, but you can use the cheap baby washcloths as well.
I go back and forth between a spray bottle with wipe solution or I just get it wet under the faucet before I start. It works either way.
Believe me, once you make the switch to cloth wipes you'll never look back! One cloth wipe can clean up a poo mess that would take 3 or 4 regular wipes.
I got my wipes in a mix lot with other diapers so I don't know the brands, some are bamboo, some terry, and some flannel. I would recommend etsy though because you can find some really cute wipes at good prices.
I wet mine with just water in an old wipes container. I found a video on youtube that shows how to fold them so they pop up just like regular wipes. It only takes a second on laundry day to stack them, and it makes DH very very happy now that I've eliminated the spray bottle step.

We just use cheapie baby wash cloths.
I keep them pre moistened in a plastic container. I've tried the peri bottle method but I just found it to be an extra step that I didn't need.

Making them isn't hard at all. I cut receiving blankets into 9 squares. You could serge the edges, but mine aren't
