Inner thigh/leg pain before labor?

Since i am about 40 weeks, i am sure labor is near but just curious if others experienced any sharp inner thigh pain in early labor? i dont remember this with my son but know every labor is different. I feel like things may start tonight! i am excited and pray i have the energy i need if i dont get much sleep before things pick up. Thanks for any input!

    I've been having this off and on the last few days. No baby yet:), so I don't know if it is actually a sign of anything.

    I could see that being a sign since sometimes when I would get my period cramps I would get inner thigh pain with my low back pain.  Good luck!
