A siggy question

I am new and want to have a siggy set up before posting. I saw the instruction's on how to, but  it does not give me the option to edit sig/avatar. When I click on my bump it takes me to my "bio' area but it does not show the edit sig/avatar to click on. Thanks!!!

I have two accounts and I was logged in as one and could not figure out how to edit sig/avatar. Then it brought me to this account sorry for the confusion.
