Sure!  It's barely a recipe:

I used - 6 frozen chicken breasts, jar of spaghetti sauce, slice or roughly chop 1 onion, dozen sliced mushrooms (I normally buy the mushrooms already sliced in the produce section), 2 garlic heads chopped, throw in your favorite seasonings, stir - in the crockpot for 8-10 hours on low.

Serve over rice or egg noodles - voila!!
