I must share!!!! :)

First off short back story, my ex filed against himself to pay child support, but also wanted a DNA test (because he listens to other people run their mouths).

We went back to court Monday. After being there for 3hrs the "new" judge tells us Will is 99.99% his (which I knew). Then when she reads the child support paper she basically said that she had never heard of anyone ever filing against their self and wont to know why he just couldn't pay me. So he agreed to just pay, but the way she said everything made him look like an idiot for the whole thing.

It just put a smile on my face. :)))

    LOL, good for you. My ex is going to have to do the same thing. He wants a DNA test, and I refused unless ordered by the court. No, dear, I want to do it at a facility of the COURT'S choosing, not yours.

    In order to get it, he'll have to open a child support case. Hee hee.
