I love, love, love Vivian. I have a friend who just named her baby Vivian and I get jealous every time I say it (haha). Beautiful, classy, and well-known but not common.
While I love all of these names (other than Gabriella. The "a" sound at the end feels superfluous), I don't think that any of them goes well with Anne as a middle name. I don't think they flow well. Vivian Anne sounds like you have a stutter.

I like both Gabriella and Vivian, and voted for Gabriella just because I feel Vivian is getting really popular. For years and years I'd planned to give my first future daughter Vivian as a mn to honor my maternal grandmother. When DD was born last year I did, but it kind of annoys me that it's getting so popular. I feel like instead of being recognized as a tribute to my grandmother, it can easily be confused with me just thinking the popular name is cool.
But I do really like the name Vivian anyway.

Vivian is my favorite and I also consider it the most "classy and elegant" of the bunch (although they are all very nice). That said, I don't like it paired with Anne since it ends in an. It sounds too repeatitive to me.
Re: Classy and elegant girl name??
BFP on 5/3/12 - EDD 1/12/13 - Samuel Joseph born 1/5/13!
Vivien - Pretty Woman. That's all I can think of.
Gabriella - love this one. Rarely hear it, and evokes such beautiful imagery.
Samantha - eh. Froofy, and I despise "Sam" as a nn for a girl.
Ava - overused. Definitely overused.

Vivian reminds me of the prostitute in Pretty Woman. I'd steer clear of all versions of that name.
