Someone posted a pancake recipe the other day on one of the finger food posts, and I forgot to save it. And of course now I can't find it. Does anyone have a good recipe. Ash did not like the ones I made.

I think wholesomebabyfood.com has a recipe for pumpkin pancakes that is pretty good.

I made a bunch of small pancakes and froze them.  I need to make a new batch because we are just about out and DD (who is not picky about which foods she eats) now prefers all her food freshly cooked.
