I suspect that you all have funny stories about your LOs. So let's hear them! Maybe we can have a weekly post like this?
Here's mine: Last week I could not find my keys and was searching everywhere for them. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I asked DD, "Do you know where Mommy's keys are?" She said, "yeah". I wasn't sure if that really meant anything, but thought she might have put them somewhere so I said, "Please go get Mommy's keys." DD walked right over to her toy purse and pulled out the plastic keys that come with it.
[DH found my keys a couple of days later in the diaper bag even though I searched the whole thing twice.]
Re: AW your LO
RedZee - That is adorable - too bad we can't lock our doors or drive our cars with those plastic keys. Love the idea of doing this each week - our little ones are at an age where they provide us with all kinds of fun stories...
Mine is Joshua and my old cell phone....
We gave Joshua my old deactivated cell phone- he will only play with it if it is charged and turned on. He now acts like he is having real conversations - he babbles, stops like someone else is talking and then babbles some more. He repeats that for 2-3 minutes and then gives the phone to me to 'talk'.
Mine has done nothing specific, but I am enjoying her fascination with asking what things are called and taking it all in...and being able to point stuff back out when I ask her later.
Caniac - that is so cute! And so cute that he shares with you!
Doodle - how does she ask? How cool that she is so focused.
