Oven eggs

They turned out great so thought I'd share. You can hard-boil eggs without the boiling. Just put them in the ove at 325 for 30 minutes (adjust for your oven) then use some tongs and put them in a large bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. They peel pretty easy too.
