what size diapers

DD has been fairly consistent moving up went he diaper weight says too but I think we are making the leap to size fours though we still have a few pounds leeway in the size 3s.  DD has become a master pooper.  We use target brand diapers which i think are great but maybe that is the reason we have to move up  perhaps they are a bit easier to leak, though i doubt it- what size is your little one in and do you love the diaper?

Re: what size diapers

  • We use Pampers Cruisers. We are in size 4s, only because I had the box here, and I ran out of 3s and didn't want to buy more 3s. They are big on her (she's only 17lbs), but I haven't had any leaks. I am VERY happy with Cruisers.

  • DD is 21 pounds and in Size 4. We've used Pampers and Kroger Comfort brand, but currently using Huggies Little Movers. DD has poop explosions way too often. Still looking for the right diaper!

  • C is only 17 pounds and she still has some size 2 Target brand that she can wear.

We CD but she has some sposies left still so I don't know if she should be in size 3 or 2... probably 3's because the 2s seem pretty small but that could just be because I am used to the big fluffy butt.

LO is a little over 17 lbs. and we just moved up to size 3 in the Pampers Swaddlers.  I have a few sample Cruisers to try out and see if we like those better.  I love that size 3 still have the wetness indicator.

haha the panic on DH's face when we switched to cruisers and he realized the blue line was gone was hilarious. How can he still not tell if a diaper is wet?!?

  • We are in size 3's and use Costco/Kirkland or Pampers Sensitive Swaddlers....I'm still going through my pampers I bought pre-baby when Amazon had all those coupons out! We have explosions no matter what brand we use...Callie just has some big one's sometimes. I'm happy with both of those diapers. We never have pee leaks.

Ha! That was totally my DH!! Hannah is just under 17lbs but we have been in 3s for a while. She needed them for absorbency rather than fit. We like pampers but Luvs are pretty good too

  • We just moved from Pampers Swaddlers in size 2 to Pampers Cruisers size 3 and they seem big but they give him more room to move around.  Oh and is is about 18 pounds.

  • DD is just shy of 17lbs and we just moved to size 3 Pampers Swaddlers. I've tried a few other brands here and there but I like the Pampers swaddlers/sensitive the most.

  • V is in Cruisers size 4.  I think he is only 20 lbs.  They are a little big on him, but the 3s were getting too small and I didn't want to buy another box of them.  We bought 2 boxes of the 4s and two boxes of the 5s when BRU had a Pampers sale a few weeks ago.

In your husband's defense I freaked when I realized the huggies natural 4's don't have the blue line anymore.  I love that blue line and I don't understand why they get rid of it at a certain size. I mean....pees pee at size N,1,2,3,4 c'mon gimme a break I love the cheat sheet! LOL.

I know it's lazy, but it's so nice to just quick look for the blue line and see if she needs to be changed.  Yesterday I just had her in a white onesie all day and I could see through it whether she needed to be changed.

  • We're still hanging out comfortably in Pamper's Swaddlers Sensitive Size 2. (Yeah that's a mouthful)  I meant to weigh her last night, but she was still under 15 lbs when we weighed her last.... So it might still be awhile before we move up to 3s.

  • We've been in size 4 Cruisers for a few months - DD was 26 lbs at her 9M appointment. We have had no issues and are very happy with them.

  • Ev is between 20-21 lbs and in size 3 Seventh Generation diapers. We only use disposables at d/c, so I can't personally speak to how well they work, but his teachers have told us more than once how much they love his diapers, so they must work well!

  • DD was just over 19 pounds at her check-up last week. She wears Earth's Best in size 3 and the package says they are good until 28 pounds. We've been using this brand since she was born and they work great; rarely have had any issues with leaks, except when she was sort of in between sizes for a short while.

  • Ash has been in size 4 for months. He is pretty big, but we moved up to 4 before he met the weight limit because the 3s seemed small.

We use Luvs and they are great. We had previously tried pampers and the BRU brand and the Luvs were definitely better. The BRU brand is absolutely horrible and we had leaks and blowouts constantly. The papmpers weren't bad, but the lining stuck to Ash's skin and it bothered me. We also had more leaks with pampers than we do Luvs, we have had very few leaks with Luvs.

  • Sze 2 Huggies. Moving up to 3s soon. :)

  • We only CD but I had to figure out his size since we're moving and for a couple weeks he'll have to be in disposables. He's 18lbs and in size 3. I tried 4s and they were way too big. (In Pampers)

This!  LO is about 22lbs and we use Kirkland.  They work with his chubby man thighs.

  • Reed is around 24 lbs. and has been in Size 4 for a while now. We use Target brand and Pampers Baby Dry and haven't had any leakage problems with either! :)
  • He's in size 3. We were doing pampers with no issues, but I bought some target brand in an attempt to save some money. Nope- not for us. A pee leak and 2 poopsplosions. Never happened with pampers so that's what we're back to.

  • DD is in size 3 pampers swaddlers.  She's about 20.5 lbs.  They're getting a little tight around her thighs so I'm thinking about trying out size 4 Cruisers next.
