Not tracking periods

I know I know, I am a PW this evening, sorry.

So I am kicking myself now, because I can not remember when I had my last period because I didn't track it.  I think I am late but yet the Dollar Tree test I got is BFN.  I am not wishing a BFP at all, but I just wish something would happen, my period a BFP, anything.  So that at least I know and I can make sure to track from this point on.

That's it, vent over, I am going to go back to kicking myself now.

ETA: After reading my post, I have no clue why but I sound really annoying, LOL.  At least I can admit it, so if anyone else finds me annoying you are not alone, haha.

I dont know when my last one was either. I will probably be buying a test today. Its bad when you DH realizes that your period hasnt been around for a while before you do. Hangs head in shame.

I thought I was around 30 days into my cycle, but now I think I am at about 6 weeks into my cycle...In all honesty I have no idea though.

You are not annoying at all! And I did the same thing this month. Its so frustrating! I think I remember a date when I already had it but I can't remember when I got it. Anyway it's been 40 days from that day so I too will be testing today. I hate PPAF - its so whacky. Hope you figure it out soon!

If you have a smart phone, there is an app called Period Tracker.  I used it because I was really good at not paying attention after not having one for over 5 years.  It will keep track as long as you remember to go in and hit the start and stop button.  It will tell you your average cycle length, your estimated next start date, your estimated fertile window based on dates only.  You can also keep track of emotions and when you have sex.  I thought it was super handy

I'm not tracking mine, but I'm on Nuvaring, so I am always on my period that week I remove the ring.  So, when I was at the doctor last week I was able to figure out when I was on my period by looking at my calendar reminder to remove/insert my ring.

So today was the day and I marked it on my calendar, I will know next month for sure what day I started my period.  I am just happy I found out either way.  Thank you ladies for the advice and understanding.  I will be downloading the app that was mentioned for me phone!

If AF makes an appearance, that may sway me to get a Smart Phone a little sooner....
