The first one you can barely see his little face. He wore the hospital clothes home b/c the ones we brought were way too big (he wore preemie size for about 10 days). The 2nd one is once we were settled at home and he was all "WTF?"

Oh my gosh, he looks exactly the same! Too cute.
Here's Sam:
Pretty sure that's the last time he used a paci...haha.
And one from later that day...my two "swaddled babies":
This was in the hospital when I first put her in the car seat. It makes me so sad that 10 months to the day has gone by since the wonderful day I gave birth to this angel. I am so blessed. Happy 10 month to my baby girl!
Here's Avery trying out her carseat before coming home. I love this picture because it looks like she's smiling! And she had to wear a Pavlik harness because she was born with hip dysplasia. She was so tiny!
We didn't take a picture of O in her car seat. Here is one of her in her crib on the day we brought her home. I can't believe she is taking up most of the mattress now.

And yes, we obviously strapped him in - we were still working on it at this point in the pic!
ETA: And, the NB outfit was huge on him. Per the U/S he was supposed to be a semi-big baby. He was 6# 10oz at birth - tiny little guy! Thank goodness my SIL and BFF bought him a few NB outfits and washed them for us because we bought mainly 0-3 month size and only a few NB. He was in NB sizes for a month because he was so skinny!
Re: PIP the day you brought baby home
I can't believe how tiny Nicholas was!
Oops got a little aww-ish with the photos. But I can't help it...he was so tiny and cute!

This is not helping baby fever.
I forget how tiny she was. Good thing I had a few preemie outfits on hand -- she wore them for the first 2 weeks -- my petite princess!
This was a couple days after he was born.
And this a couple weeks later, a few days before we were able to bring him home from the NICU.

About 12 hours old, home already.
Eta: darn, can't figure out PIP on the iPad.
Heisman pose (in the NICU)
Ready to come home (with her ridiculously huge socks)
The outfit was too big and he kept kicking his foot through the opening
Home on the awesome sheet I made him

The carseat pic isn't on my computer but here she is just before we put her in there.
And this is still in the hospital (2 days old), still a fave pic of us.
Feeling super nostalgic!
1) Love how big your hands look next to M.
2) You have pretty nails.
3) M still looks the same!
Don't have any from the hospital on the day we came home, but I snapped a picture of him sleeping in his crib on the first night home! So tiny!
Getting dressed to go home
And not loving the car seat
This was right before we left. LO looks huge yet small!
This is us at home, I can't believe how big I look, lol.
Oooooh those cheeks! And that hair! What a cutie!!!
Bringing her home. I forgot how tiny she was!
No pic to post. I need to upload to snapfish into albums.
This post is adorable but doesn't help baby fever at all.
I can't find a carseat pic, but this is just before we left the hospital (3 days after he was born):

This is right after we got home. She's 6 days old (yes it's normal to stay in hospital for that long here).

I agree that this post is not helping baby fever.
Here's our little guy on the ride home
and this is us at home...one of the few of me & him so early on. He was so little!
This was right before we left.

I love seeing these pictures. :-)
I don't have a car seat picture, but here is one from before we left the hospital:
And just for kicks, right before we left the hospital with DS:
