Babywise is great for scheduling. In addition to that I read Healthy Sleep Habits, Healthy Twins (a condensed version of HSHHC). Loved them both - couldn't have lived w/out Babywise.
I read both those mentioned above but my favorite was "The No Cry Sleep Solution" and "The No Cry Nap Solution." I think it was more practical information for people with multiples. It is geared more towards flexible schedules than rigid, "let 'em cry it out" type parenting so it really depends on what your personal parenting style is. I thought I would be all about Babywise but in actual practice I was surprised that this book was more my style. GL!
