Girl name help

I am only 8 weeks pregnant but want to come up with names soon so that I can make sure I still really like the names come late October. I have had a lot of problems with boy names because I am a teacher, but I think I am set on Evan Joshua (husbands name is Joshua). I can't decide between Alaina or Elyse for a girl. We already have a daughter named Ella. What does everyone think about those names?

I like Elyse waaaaay better than Alaina, plus it's soooo cute with Ella! Great boy's name, stick with it.

I'm a teacher too, and it is hard finding names!

I like Elise (but hate Elyse). Alaina is just ok.

I like Evan Joshua.

I like Elyse better than Alaina. I prefer the spelling of it with a y better than Elise. I do think it's a bit close to your DD's name though.
