Does anyone use the freetime?

I ordered one to try and it looks really nice. I usually just use pockets but when she was little used some AIOs and loved them. What is your experience with them? Did you have to layer it at all or stuff it extra? LO is 8.5 months.

My only complaint is that it takes a while to dry. I don't add any layers to it. It's actually my go to diaper for overnight, of course DD is only 3 months.

Good to know! I was actually thinking about trying it overnight. I never had an issue with dry time of AIOs but I am getting sick of stuffing hehe.

We have one freetime and really like it! I think we've only used it once overnight, because DH always uses it on her during the day. If she'll be wearing it for a long time I put a hemp doubler in it, but I don't know that I actually need to.

I think I'm one of the few who really disliked ours. It was so hard to clean poop! It just got everywhere - in all the crevices and pockets. And the flaps just made it more messy and difficult. But I seem to be in the minority. I will say that it fit well (pretty trim) and was really quick drying. And I liked not having to search for inserts. I found it to be very absorbent, but I just could not get over the cleaning factor so I got rid of mine.

I have one and HATE it!!  I love my BG 4.0s, so I really expected to love the freetime.  I don't.  I can't get a good fit on EITHER of my daughters.  It is very trim, but the front is just very thin (unlike the 4.0 which has an insert up into the front flap), and bunches terribly.  I have gotten tummy leaks each time I've used it, on 2 differently sized kids.  It's also hideous to clean poop out of.  I sure wish I loved it.

I like the one we have and don't find that it takes any longer than our other diapers to dry (but then again we have alot of natural fibers that take longer in the first place).  DS is 2 and we just use it as is, no extra stuffing.  I don't find it hard to clean off either.  If we needed more diapers and I had money to spend I wouldn't mind a few more.

I requested one in a diaper trial, thinking that I'd love it, but I didn't.  With pee it was fine, but poop was a PITA.  There are WAY too many crevices created by the flaps for the poop to find its way into.  

However, it can't hurt to try one and see if you like it.  Many ppl seem to love them.

I had over 40 regular bg then ended up buying 14 of the freetime and use them as our poop diapers. (put them on when we know she is going to poop) because it is SO EASY just to hold the flap over the edge of the toilet and spray it away, however, I do admit I haven't used it yet when she has a stomach ache or really watery stools.  That I think would make the diaper a bit more difficult to use.

I got one to try and I have to say that I do not like it. It takes forever to dry.

Also, the velcro laundry tabs NEVER work. They end up stuck on the leg elastic and pilling that up. I hate velcro diapers.

The fit is weird. My LO is average weight, but really long so he has a small waist. So the diaper ends up bunched up in the front leading to leaks.

I do LOVE BG 4.0's if you want a great BG product.

Thanks guys! I love reading the positive and negative. I think we will try it overnight because she usually never poops then!
