For those that tracked CM....

Has anyone noticed they still have creamy or EWCM, or have it go from one to the other?

  • I had very creamy and watery CM right when I got my BFP. That's actually what made me test because it was so unusual for me right before AF.

I do the same thing! The first week I must have gone to the bathroom at least once an hour to make sure it wasn't AF.

  • I'm just about 13 weeks, and I have definitely noticed more vaginal discharge (usually creamy) than usual. The internet says it's normal to prevent infection; my OB says it's normal because there's a higher turnover of cells in the cervical area and they get discharged. Either way, it's apparently normal...although kind of gross. :) She said as long as it's not burning or itchy, not to worry about it.
  • I have noticed an increase in CM as well, I think this may have been my first pregnancy symptom.  Instead of everything drying it out before aunt flo like it usually would, I had watery CM every day, still do :)
