I do the same thing! The first week I must have gone to the bathroom at least once an hour to make sure it wasn't AF.
i get both from time to time. sometimes i get nervous because it almost feels like I'm bleeding...i run to the bathroom real quick and all is ok! its drive me nuts though. some days i have a lot, other days nothing.
I'm just about 13 weeks, and I have definitely noticed more vaginal discharge (usually creamy) than usual. The internet says it's normal to prevent infection; my OB says it's normal because there's a higher turnover of cells in the cervical area and they get discharged. Either way, it's apparently normal...although kind of gross. She said as long as it's not burning or itchy, not to worry about it.
I have noticed an increase in CM as well, I think this may have been my first pregnancy symptom. Instead of everything drying it out before aunt flo like it usually would, I had watery CM every day, still do
