I have my Gender Scan on 5/4!!

I wonder if I should find out the gender.

    OMG I seriously about flipped my *** MLD when I read the title! haha

    Are you thinking of going team green? I want to but H doesn't think I can hold out. I was super excited to find out with the first 2 but this time I think it'd be fun to wait and see.

    I'm in a similar boat - I would love to but I can't hold out - I just NEED to know. Only way we'll be team green is if my DH does NOT ask at the u/s. He is the one that would really like to be surprised and if he can do it then I'll do it for sure. And have fun doing it too!

    But I do hope he asks :)  I would never forgive myself if he really wanted to be surprised and I ruined it, ya know?

    I think if I had one of each, I would be team green for the third. Either way, you already have everything.

    The tech at my OB always asks before she starts. If yours asks, are you going to just not answer?

    I think this is where we sit SH. I'm such a huge planner and loved doing all the early shopping and specific name thinking. I'm just not feeling the planning bug and anxiousness hitting me this time to know gender.

    Also since baby will be born (October) in the middle of my first 2's month (July and January) I feel like we have the clothes pretty well cover, especially the newborn stage. I know I can do a gender neutral room and make it gender specific later with colors. We never do themes anyway just pick a color palette.

    The only thing I'm having a hard time with is all the sewing projects I want to do, like bibs, blocks, outfits, blankets and the baby quilt I make for each child. I think I'm going to do a sunburst quilt though in yellows and then embroider the baby's name on after in pink if it's a girl and aqua if it's a boy.

    Also I thought not knowing the gender would restrict me from buying clothes but I just bought a newborn layette at target the other day in brown/white stars. So flipping cute, H couldn't believe me :)

    I'll wait for DH to answer...he always goes to the ultrasound so I think I would, in fact, remain silent! (But actually be screaming YES YES YES DO TELL in my head :)
