Hello from a hopeful newbie!!

Hello Ladies!

I am new here, just joined this evening. I am TTC. I have many hopes that I will succeed with no problems! However I do have some fears and I am scared. I have had 2 m/c's in 2009. The 2nd pregnancy I lost was a tubal pregnancy and almost cost me my life. My husband and I have gone through counseling and many all night talks to help each-other heal. We are now in a peaceful place, and know we are ready to give it a go again!

Since I am new, please bare with me, I do not know the message board lingo!! What are all of the abbreviations?? DH, IF, AF, etc??? :) Thank you for the help!

    Hi Amanda - like you I suffered 2 miscarriages exactly 1 year apart from each other.  I am now 13 weeks prego and was scared to death that I would miscarry again.  I had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks and everything looked good and we just heard the heart beat for the first time this last Friday - 169 bpm.  I do not normally join the message boards although I am a frequent viewer, but I really liked this website and decided to join.  I wish you the best of luck.

     PS: IF means infertility, DH is Dear Husband, AF is aunt flow.
