I'm starting to shop for a crib, but I'm not sure what brands are good. Any tips?

Get the book Baby Bargins. It has the best reviews, safety ratings etc for all baby related products.

I'd recommend ordering early as so many take 10-12 weeks to get. We received ours and then there was a scratch so it's been another 4wk and we still don't have it.
