When do you workout? I am having trouble finding time with 2 kids and I'm still on maternity leave. When I go back to work in 3 weeks, I know it will be even tougher. We have a treadmill and free weights at our house, so I think I will have to get up at 5am at least a few days a week to ensure I get a workout in.
Anyone have any tips or words of wisdom?

Do you shower after the workout? I get pretty sweaty and have to wear a suit to work, so cannot picture enough time for me to workout and then get ready again during my lunch break.
I have a personal trainer that I work out with twice / week. Once at 6p (Mondays) and once at 6a (Fridays). It's amazing how motivated you get when you have to plunk down money. I miss a part of Monday evening with him, but I don't feel guilty about it. It's only a half hour-ish that I'm gone. He's fine. :-)
I also work out Saturdays / Sundays during my son's nap. I sometimes work out one additional evening during the week after he goes to bed, although I haven't been doing that lately since we've been packing to move out-of-state.

Yes, I shower. I actually adjusted my workday to include 1 hr 15 min lunch to allow for my workout and a 3 min shower. Just enough to get the sweat off w/ soap and feel clean. I don't wash my hair. I spritz myself w/ BBW body spray at the end. I also reapply minimal make-up.

My daughter is a toddler now and sleeps through the night, etc. so I get up early and do a workout video (current: Biggest Loser Cardio Max). I aim for 3 times a week. When the weather is nice and to switch it up, I try to do a 30 minute walk in the morning before work if my husband is still home...All that said, sleep is more important to me so if I was getting up with a new baby, I would not be able to do this!
I cancelled my gym membership finally - I just couldn't get it together to get there.

We have a treadmill too and I either wake up at 5 or wait until after bedtime to run on it. I run with her in the BOB stroller. Or I go to the gym in my hospital during lunch.
I manage to get in 5 good workouts most weeks. I need to work out though. It is non-negotiable for me. I am miserable if I don't feel fit and thin.
