Charlie's Soap

Would you use the liquid or the powder?  Are both ok? I found the liquid at Whole Foods but the powder I would have to buy online...but I read that liquid detergent in general is not good on CDs.

Re: Charlie's Soap

  • I haven't tried the liquid, but I got the powder online from soap.com and they offer discounts and free shipping all the time.  I was able to get 20% off my first order and then free shipping because I spent over $49.  You can combine purchases from diapers.com with soap.com also to reach the $49 mark which can be helpful!  HTH!

  • I use Charlies powder.  I got it through Amazon and did the subscribe and save which is free shipping.  I would cancel after you get your order though because they tend to jack up the price after the first delivery.  This way you can just do subscribe and save every time you need more.

  • I've got the powder and it works great.  I got the giant bucket of it from Charlies.com so that I wouldn't have to keep ordering...it's super cheap (per load) and very effective.

I've used the liquid - my folks bought it for me to use at their houses when we travel - and it worked fine as well.  I only opted for the powder b/c it's cheaper.

  • Use the powdered it is easier to handle than the BIG huge bottle you get with the liquid.  Also, buy it from Amazon, and get the 4 gallon container.   I bought one over a year and a half ago and I STILL have 1/3 of the container left and we do alot of laundry. I do maybe 10 loads of laundry a week.

If the house ain't burned down and the baby's fed it was a successful day. Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
