This is a weekly check-in for those of us who beat IF and got pregnant, but sadly have suffered a loss. It is hard enough to face infertility, but adding in the fear of mc/pregnancy loss makes our journeys all the more stressful. This check-in is just a way to provide extra support to each other. If you want to be on the list just respond to this post with an intro and your EDD(s) and I'll add you.

Update: RE said he's "puzzled" that AF still hasn't shown. Has put me on BCP with the hopes that when I stop AF will come.

update: so far all the test results have been normal- waiting on two still. I have one more blood test to request before we give up on finding a cause for my continued implantation failure, but it's not looking promising.
Friends for 17 years. Married 10. TTC since Jan 2009.
2013: IVF#3/FET#4 Elisabeth CJ born April 30, 2014
Cerclage, P17, and 3 months of bed rest brought us our Rainbow.
Dum spiro, spero.

Update: cd8 of this cycle trying on our own for a miracle... We have a slim chance but its technically possible. Someone I know gave me some of her leftover ovulation predictor kits and hpts last night, so I that was cool.
Qotw: I love how everything gets green and you don't have to bundle up to be outside.
IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer
Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

Tomorrow will be 1 year from when I got my very first +HPT, so the next 6+ weeks is going to pretty sad for me I think. Dh and I are going away in a few weeks, just for a long weekend...but it will be nice to get "out of here" for a few days so I don't sit here and dwell.
Update: Since on BCP and we are also pursuing out-of-state adoption

Had my second d&c a couple of weeks ago from my m/c in November. This past Monday had a post op with my RE. I finally got a date for our FET--the end of April. Getting excited that we will soon get to move forward and try again!

I will need another operative hysteroscopy and possible lap to remove more scar tissue. We won't be able to try again until August at the earliest. **sigh**
My favorite thing about spring used to be my birthday but as my IF journey drags on I don't enjoy my birthday as much. So I guess longer days?? Sorry- bitter Betty over here tonight
5/09- Off BCP, 5/09-9/09- No period, 9/09-9/10- Lots of Tests & accupuncture
10/10 and 11/10- 2 rounds of Menopur + TI= BFNS
12/10-IUI #1 Menopur = BFN
1/11- IUI #2 Menopur = BFP, 2/11 missed mc at 9 weeks, D&C
5/11- Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum
6/11- IUI #3 Menopur = BFP, 8/11 missed mc at 11 weeks, D&C
1/12- Lap and Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum (again) & scar tissue
2/12- Stint Removal, 3/12 repeat SHG and HSG- showed scar tissue blocking right tube
4/12- Operative hysteroscopy (again), RE said he can now see right tube (yay!)
5/12- Stint removal, 6/12 repeat SHG and HSG-both tubes are open!
8/12- IUI #4 Bravelle = BFN
9/12-IUI #5 Bravelle = BFN
1/13- IVF #1, micro-flare protocol, 7R, 6F, 5dt of 2 AA embryos, 1 to freeze = BFP
Beta #1: 176, Beta #2: 422, EDD 10/8/13- it's TWINS!

Update: I had my baseline bw/us yesterday and I have bunches of follies on both ovaries just waiting to get busy! My lining looks great - the 6 weeks of BCP did the trick and we are a go. I start stimming today!

#1 IVF/ICSI 4/2/12 = 2 x 7-cell and 1 x 5-cell transferred (3dt) = BFP!!
H was born at 41w2d on 12/29/12 - be still my heart!
#2 IVF/ICSI 1/19/14 = 2 x 8 cells transferred (3dt) = BFP!! EDD 10/09/14

Update: Our receipient had a change of heart so we are back to square one. I called my coordinator this morning and asked her to procede with finding us a new match. She estimates that it could take about a month.
