    6 months.  I think it was always snapped in that last month.

    Both mine outgrew theirs by 9 months....I was not happy about that since the seats made it easier to get them around.

    We are still using it and DD is 13 months. We have a Chicco Key fit 30 and DD hasn?t reached the height and weight limits yet. He convertible seat arrived yesterday and I am not in a hurry to switch over.

     

    I have to bring DD2 with me when I drop DD1 off at school two times a week, it is really nice to put he in the infant carrier while she is asleep be able to keep her asleep while we take DD1 to school and come back home?once I switch over I will not be able to do this.

     

    In addition I do not carry DD around in her infant seat all the time but when she falls asleep in the car it is really nice to be able to take he whole seat with me when I leave the car so that I do not have to wake he up.
