Getting DS used to a new bed after bed-sharing?

A. is 15 months. We are bed-sharing with him. When he naps he sleeps in his Infant to toddler rocking chair. Because he is getting so big, we have decided to get him a bed and put rails up (he is capable of getting in and out of bed on his own and his room is child proofed). Does anyone have any tips on how to get him napping in his new bed?
