63 hours from the start of timable, consistent contractions to delivery. Pushing was 3.5 hours of that. (OP baby who turned OT a few hours before delivery).
I am surprised about your MW, too! Isn;t 18 about the same or less than the average for a FTM?
DS1: 16 hours, including three hours of pushing (ended in c-section)
DS2: 2 hours, including 1hr 15 minutes of pushing. hbac.
eta: for both labours I measured from first contraction to babe in arms, although my contractions for both labours started off very painful (no mild "period cramps" for me) and regular- my first contractions with DS2 brought me to me knees and were three minutes apart.
16 hours from first contraction to birth, 8 hours from water breaking to delivery. I almost want to tell people 8 because the contractions weren't bad up until my water broke!
2 hours and 55 minutes, that I was awake for. I woke up at really early in the AM with strong contractions after going to bed feeling perfectly fine. My doctor estimated I slept through about 2 hours of early contractions.
#1 DS- 14 hours from 1st timeable contraction to birth- 1 hour of pushing.
#2 DD- 10 hours from 1st timeable contraction to birth- my girl was out in 2 pushes, first push her head & second push her body. It was a violent last few minutes, she really wanted to come out!!!

With #1 being induced (nurse placed the IV INCORRECTLY & didn't listen to me, my mom or my husband), I began feeling contractions but it was 3 days before DS arrived!!!!
Just under 3 hours, including 15 minutes of pushing. I was induced with pit though, so I'm hopeful my next birth isn't so crazy (probably would have been at least a little longer if they hadn't resorted to some intervention to get him out quickly during pushing).
21 hours from water breaking. My water broke and that's how my labor started and immediately my contractions were 2 1/2 minutes apart and they stayed that way almost up to the end.

18 hours, 4 hours of it was pushing. LO was 40w2d, 9lb 7oz
I woke up at 11am with some back pain that I thought was just from sleeping. Took a shower and ate some lunch. Around noon contrax started and were 4-5 min apart lasting 15-30 seconds. At 1pm they ramped up to 2-3 min for 30-45 sec. By 2pm I could no longer talk during contrax. We headed to the hosptial around 3 or 3:30pm. My water broke around 8pm and LO was born at 6:15am. I didn't really notice a difference between the intensity of my contrax before or after my water broke.

20 hours after my water broke. In hindsight, I'd spent the day before wondering if I was having contractions, but they weren't strong enough for me to be sure. I'll be honest, I'm hoping this one is faster:).
4 hours. Well, technically I was probably unknowingly in very early labor prior to that (was 3 cm dilated at my 39 week appointment 5 days before DD was born), but I consider my labor starting as when I became aware that I was in labor.
Re: How long was your labor?
DS1 - 24 hours of mild contractions, about 15 hours of more intense contractions and pushing.
DS2 - 15 hours (though i wasn't very intense until about the last 3-4 hours).
DS2 - Oct 2010 (my VBAC baby!)

Wow, so many short labors!
I started timing contractions at 8 minutes apart at about 3 pm on the 24th, she was born at 6:47 pm on the 25th, so almost 28 hours.
Active labour? DD1 = 7 hours DD2 = 45 minutes.
Early labour for DD1 I had 2 days, and DD2 I had around 10 hours.
Elizabeth 5yrs old Jane 3yrs old
My longest labour was my first: 9 hours from my water breaking (first sign of labour) to holding babe.
Shortest labour was just under 2 hours. Hard to say exactly as I didn't recognize the contractions for a while.
After my first no labour was longer than 4 hours.
My water broke before contractions started - but from when my water broke to baby in arms - 8 hours.
Active pushing of 20 minutes.
(I had an epi though, which slowed down my labour A LOT towards the end. If I had not had the epi, I think she would have been born in 4-5 hours.)
My midwife said to call her with my FIRST contraction with this one because she thinks I'll go very fast again...

#1= 5.5 hours
#2= 4.5 hours
Both were kicked off by water breaking with zero contractions leading up to it. If I clocked from first contraction though it would be 4 and 3 hours.
