I have not worked out this pregnancy like I did with my last one. DD is finally sleeping better and I'd like to work on getting up early, 4:30, to walk on the treadmill and do some weights. All I've really been doing now is walking. Do you think its worth it to get into a routine now, or just stick with afternoon walks, which happen most days but not all and go from 15-30 min? Its not like I'll be sleeping in when I'm on maternity leave since I'll still be up with DD and would like to work out before DH leaves.
