Saw this name on a name badge today.  It was a boy.  Not sure if it's a legit name.  It looks like a messed up version of Dakota or Lakota.

Reminds me of the tribe Choctaw and I really how is a legit Native Anwrican name.  But I seriously loled about the Chakotay and Alpaca posts!!

It sounds like the town in Oklahoma that Carrie Underwood is from.  Doesn't she have a song named that too?  

I accidentally drove through the town on a road trip from Dallas to Chicago.  SMALL town.

That was my first thought, too! Her town is Checotah, though. This name is bad.
