the waiting game

We live in a 3bedroom house; as of now DH and I have a room, DS has his, then we have an office/guest room.  We are going to eliminate the office and make that DS1 room, and DS1's "old" room will become the new baby's room. We are trying to sell the queen mattress before we make the changes... I cant wait to give DS the best big boy room, and start working on the baby's room!!!

I hate the waiting game... we are planning on moving sometime in the next few months and I want to work on Mathieu's big boy room and the nursery so bad! 

I hope you sell it quickly so you can get started!

We also have 3 bedrooms but have been using our 3rd bedroom as storage since we bought the house last December. We have a lot of rearranging/sorting/donating to do before we can start the nursery. We're slowly getting it done, but DH works a lot and it's not really a project for me to do by myself.

I know once we find out the sex of this LO I'll be anxious to start decorating so it'll get done quicker.
