I just found out I get a minimum of 8 weeks leave at 100% pay while I am out with the baby. I can take the additional 4 weeks unpaid, or if I have a c-section I get 10 weeks at 100% pay. I may get more, I haven't talked specifics with HR about how much disability I get to add based on how long I have been here. The girl I talked to has been her 9 years and she will one go 1 week out of the 12 without pay. I have been here 3 years, almost 4 when I will go out, so I will have to see. That is like a weight off my shoulders. I was planning on taking the full 12 anyway, but at least now I know what to budget for.
