Came home to find..

My soon to be ex hiding a girl in my house. He has moved out and I am living in our house. He still picks DD up from daycare and brings her to my house. I came home in middle of day to drop something off at house, while he was there, and he had door locked. I got in and heard something in the other room and he tried to keep me from finding her. He brought his f'ing skank into my house w/ my DD upstairs napping. I was beyond furious. We've been split for 3 wks now. All this is a total shock to me. He wants to keep her fri night at my house while I find somewhere else to stay. I want to tell him no now. And I don't want him to pick her up after he gets off work. I don't trust him to not bring her back.

  • That's really messed up. He shouldn't be bringing other women to your house. And I definitely wouldn't be having him stay the night at your house. What's that all about? How old is your LO, and where is he living? If you truly feel that he would keep LO then you probably shouldn't let him have her until you guys go to court and get an order for custody and visitation etc. I only say this because my EX threatened to take DD so I kept her from him for over a year until our court order was official. I got sole legal and physical custody and he has EOW visitation.

  • 1) Don't allow him in your house.

    2) You cannot control who he brings around your LO. The sooner you can accept that, the much better off you'll be.

The house is still in both names. He moved out and is staying w/ friends.  That's why he wants to stay the night at the house so he can keep DD in her bed and not have to take her some where else.  I meet with the lawyer today to figure things out. He has left and wants the divorce, but he doesn't have the money to file yet he said. Idk if I should just go ahead and file or not? I just don't know what to do.
