I'd like to buy a new video monitor (because I can't seem to find an extra camera for the one I have). My boys will be in separate rooms so I need one with 2 cameras. Is it possible to buy one that will monitor both rooms at the same time? I want to be able to hear them both through the night... is that possible? What do you recommend?
Thanks so much!
Re: Need help: video monitor for 2 bedrooms
We love it! We have 2 cameras and you can have up to 4. You can scan between both rooms (or 4 if you have that many cameras). We got it on eBay for $100 and that included 2 cameras. You should look into that...
DD1: allergic to eggs & dairy
c/p 4/1/11
DD2: milk and soy protein intolerant, allergic to eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, bananas

We jsut got this motorola one that comes with 2 cameras. It's great! I really really like it. It scans between the 2 rooms every so many seconds. The screen is big on the parent unit but the parent unit is also slim so easy to take around with you. The sounds quality is actually really good on it. Our old one had major issues with sound quality but this one is really clear. I highly recommend it.
Oh and if you have a 20% one item at BRU, you can use it on it. I did this so it was cheaper then $299
We just bought the Summer slim and secure. Haven't tried it yet. I did see another brand (sorry can't remember --and have never heard of it) on Groupon - the goods part. The one with two cameras was 99 bucks.
BFP with no treatment!
Summer infants best view monitor.
We love this monitor for several reasons, however the top two are:
- up to four cameras
- you can rotate the camera to scan your baby's room but just hitting a few buttons on the monitor. The cameras are remote control!
