DH and I just registered with the daycare we will be using once Baby is here. I'd love to be a little more mentally prepared for what I will need to supply them.
I know I have to provide diapers, wipes, a sheet, blanket, two/three changes of clothes, food, and bottles.
Am I missing/forgetting something? On average how many bottles in what sizes should I have on hand for the daycare?
Do any of you have separate supplies for the daycare and home?
Thanks!

Re: Best way to prepare for daycare
They should give you a sheet with what they need from you.
We tend to bring crappier backup clothes to the daycare in case they are misplaced. I would hate to lose nicer clothes, especially since most of LO's clothes are hand-me-downs from my nieces, and my sisters want the clothes back....
My LO gets BM and we started with four 3oz bottles and went to 3.5oz then 4oz whenever the daycare told us to. They wanted us to go to 5 or 6oz but we said no, 4oz is the max and if LO is hungry sooner, then feed her sooner.
I think we had to bring in medicine but all daycares are different. Also, diaper cream or lotion, sunscreen in the summer, a coat...
we supplied: diapers, wipes, bottles of bm, and extra clothing. We've also sent diaper cream and gas drops as needed. we will take a hat in the summer.
they supply food, bibs, blankets, sheets, etc.
it took two weeks for her to be more consistent with her bottles.
I would have at least 4 bottles for DC. Maybe more depending on the size of them. First, I would start off with the newborn size nipple. If LO can suck the milk easily out of it I would move up to a bigger one.
My Ovulation Chart
We started DD at 4 months and sent (4) 3oz bottles. She now gets (4) 3.5 oz bottles and eats them all (she used to only eat 3).
I also send a lovey (just like the one she has at home) and a sleep sack for naps since I didn't want them using loose blankets or such as they sometimes do for the older kids. We also ended up sending our Pack and Play (it is a family daycare) to be sure she was the only one using it.
Early on we sent a couple of her favorite toys and a quilt to use for tummy time -- again just so she had something from home. I also sent diaper cream but so far they haven't had to use it.
