So I am the head teller at a community bank. Our service standards are very high and we try to have the best customer service in town. Anyway I get called in to my manager's office because there was a complaint about me, the customer wished to remain nameless but they said that I wasn't "warm and fuzzy" I would bet $100 that they asked me questions about being pregnant that I didn't want to answer. Do people seriously expect their bank tellers to be 'warm and fuzzy'? I am polite but there is not a context where I am ever very warm and fuzzy.

Wow....that customer is a bit extreme! How "warm & fuzzy" can they expect you to be at 30+ weeks pg???
To tell you the truth I don't think I ever remember feeling "warm & fuzzy" at all. Isn't being "friendly" enough. Did the customer expect you to jump over the counter and give him/her a huge hug, slap his/her butt, and say "Gee, isn't it a swell day today?".....???? Pa-leeeezzzzz

Hey, where can I find a bank that does this? The girls at our bank are fresh-out-of-community-college snots that OPENLY discuss how drunk they were the night before. I want a bear to give me hot cocoa, dammit!
