Introduction

I just wanted to introduce myself. Some past history first: Ive had IF problems and have had two healthy pregnancies, first my daughter and then the twins. Well we lost our daughter when she was 11 weeks old. So we were grieving her loss and it was a couple months before her two year anniversary that we decided we would try again. We had two IUIs and found out the day before her anniversary that we were pg! We couldnt have been more blessed at the time and were so happy! It was our lil blessing from our angel. I had two u/s and all was perfect and healthy. However, we found out a week ago and my first OB appt that the baby had no heartbeat.

Of course I had both kids with me and my oldest knew what was going on, which I think made it more heartbreaking.

So I had my D&C on Monday and have been having issues ever since. I have been in so much pain and bleeding up a storm. I went back today and he did a u/s and apparently my uterus isn't shrinking like it should be and I still have 2mm left of blood in there. So I am on a pill to help it contract and if that doesn't help then I have to have another D&C next week.

I don't know how to feel or to get over this feeling of I would be's. Im in a wedding in June and bought the bm dress 3 sizes too big, so its going to be a whole grieving to that as well. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated! And here I thought my grief was over! ha...

FYI--I was a usual on the bump after my daughter, but had to change my profile in case people are nosey. Many don't know about this of course.

Oh my gosh I'm so incredibly sorry for your losses, and to have to welcome you here. It's just the crappy icing on the cake to have extra issues after a D&C, i'm sure. It just sucks. And to have other kids to care for, you must be just exhausted in so many ways. This is a very supportive group here and hopefully we can all get through this together. There is also a board for mother's who have had later-term and infant losses, in case you'd like to speak with them as well.
