am I the only one who during thier IF journey, looks at baby stuff and looks at nursuery decor and such. I even have a secret baby names list. As I gear up for IVF # 3 as I start stims tomorrowm, I find myself more intrigued with baby items now more than ever.

    I do the same thing.  Even have a list of names that I've been keeping for the past few months. But then I have to give myself a reality check and remember to focus on today.  I really don't want to put the cart before the horse, kwim?

    DS1 born July 2002 (previous marriage).

    TTC since Oct 08. DH Dx w/testicular cancer March 09.
    MFI due to retrograde ejaculation/azoospermia.
    5/2 IVF #1 cancelled due to large follie.
    6/14 start Lupron for IVF #1.2. 6/22 start stims.
    7/4 ER and Biopsy.
    7/9 Transferred 2 (1-4BB and 1-3BB) embryos.  4 frosties.
    7/15 +HPT 6dp5dt. 7/18 Beta #1: 193. 7/20 Beta #2: 415.
    8/10 1st u/s - It's triplets!

    I used to over the last 10 years but now at age 44 I feel like it might not happen so I don't anymore. Too depressing. I use to save Pottery Barn baby magazines and would LOVE to walk around baby store where the cribs and bedding were and pretend what I would buy if PG. Oh and looking at baby clothes were the best! I did have a baby name list but can't figure what I did to it :) Maybe one day.

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    You are so not the only one! Ive been looking at baby things for 5 years, terrified we would never be parents. I must love torturing myself.  Even went in Babies R Us and picked out the furniture I wanted.

    I have bought way more baby things than I care to admit... what's worse is I love the stuff and have trouble parting with it for baby gifts. I'm wondering at some point if I will have to ebay it and use the proceeds for something nice.

    nope!  I have a printed baby name list (which keeps getting shorter and shorter as ALL my friends keep popping em out) I also have the nusery decorated...in my head, and I know all the things I hope to one day buy.

    TTC #1 since 3/10:
    DX: Me-PCOS, retroverted/ tilted ute - DH- MFI, DH-4 mo of Clomid therapy= no improvement. Weekly HCG injections.
    Me-34, DH-33
    HSG- unsuccessful, SHSG (dialated)-no blockages
    7/11-Clomid (unmonitored) BFN,
    #1 Fresh IVF 9/11: w/ ICSI & AH (only option): (1 transfered, 8BF) = BFN!!
    #2 FET: 2 transferred (2 6BF) 12/11 = BFFN!!
    Surprise + HPT on break! 2/12 Beta 1: 6 Beta 2: <5 = c/p ( RE had given me provera... So pretty sure this ruined everything)<BR> #3 Fresh IVF 3/12: w/ ICSI & AH (2 transfered 8BF & 7BF, 1 to freeze) = BFMFN!
    New RE 5/12
    6/14 Hysteroscopy
    #4 Fresh IVF 8/12: 5dt of 2 5AB blasts = BFN!... what else is new?!?
    New RE insists its a transfer issue, immunology checked & good
    #5 IVF FET 1/13 under anesthesia : Two 5 day blasts transferred
    + HPT!! Beta1: 2315 Beta2: 6442 Beta3: 31,061
    First u/s 1/30/13: Shows 1 healthy heartbeat!!

    Was he was right? I wasted 4 IVF's and the doctors were not getting the catheter in?!?

    You are not the only one!  I have my nursery all planned out.  And i am not the only one doing it. MIL is already offering me the baby furniture.  I keep reminding myself to just take one day at a time.. I am so scared I will be devastated with a BFN:(
    TTC since June 2011
    DH diagnosed with Testicular Cancer 8/2010
    Low sperm count. Only option IVF with ICSI
    Starting First cycle Jan/Feb 2012- Canceled due to not responding to BCP and/or Lupron
    IVF 1.2- stims March 14, ER March 24, 16 R 10F 6 made it to blast
    ET March 29- transferred two blasts, 4A and 4BA, froze 4
    Positive HPT 9dp5dt Beta 1- 385 11dp5dt
    u/s April 25- one healthy heartbeat
    EDD 12/12/12>
