Has anyone been prescribed methergine after delivery to stop postpartum bleeding?

if yes, did u continue to breastfeed?

im worried the medication will affect my baby....help!

I haven't, but your doctor or pharmacist would know the answer.  If it isn't safe ask them if they have a safe alternative to it.

I got a shot of it after I delivered when I hemorrhaged. No effect on bf.
